How to Use This Journal
1️⃣ Add a New Entry
- Click on the + New button at the top of the database to create a new journal entry.
- A template will open with guided prompts to help you reflect.
2️⃣ Fill Out the Prompts
Each entry includes three sections to guide your reflection:
- **What thought or feeling was going through my mind?**Write about the emotion or thought that stood out to you.
- **Why do I want to become aware of this?**Reflect on why this thought or feeling is significant and what it teaches you.
- **What behaviour do I want to exhibit the next time this happens?**Plan an actionable response for future situations.
3️⃣ Review Your Entries
- Browse your past entries to track patterns and progress over time.
- Use filters or views to organize entries by date, type of reflection, or other properties.
